購屋送綠卡 引外資振房市

華爾街日報網站20日報導，兩位兩黨的國會參議員定20日提出法案，對投資至少50萬元現款在美國購買房屋者，給予綠卡，以振興房市。
根據此法案，擁有購屋綠卡者要在美國工作，必須循正常程序獲得工作簽證，但可以帶配偶和未滿18歲的子女來美，購屋綠卡沒有核發上限，但持有者在出售房屋後，即不能合法在美國居留。
由紐約州參議員舒默(民主黨)和猶他州參議員麥克李(共和黨)提出的購屋綠卡法案是一個整套移民法案的一部分，旨在吸引更多的外國投資人在美國投資。
